If
the pregnant lady
- Develops fever, weakness and pallor.
- Eats in excess and continues to eat till she
faints.
- Develops prominent eyes, cold limbs and ears and
knotted hair.
- Has a foetus that lies entirely above the
umbilicus.
- Develops arthritis and septic foci in the body
and finds difficulty in walking.
- Is worried too much or suffers from sorrow or
grief.
- Has foul smelling milk and develops knotting of
hair.
- Develops foul smelling breath, colicky pain and
drowsiness.
- Develops cyanosis and generalized oedema
- Develops backache, thirst, breathlessness and
unconsciousness.
- Develops pain in the waist and vagina, foul
smelling breath, delirium and
unconsciousness.
- Smells like that of a goat or horse, craves for
peacock's flesh and becomes pale.
- Wears red dress, red garlands, laughs in sleep
and walks towards a cemetery.
- Dreams of riding an ass, pig, buffalo, dog or
camel.
In such cases, it is better to induce abortion or
miscarriage or remove the foetus by surgical means and
save the life of the mother.
