Meditation
is used by people in every part of the world, and
is a powerful tool, which enhances your health in
every way. You can begin meditation by practicing
it 15 minutes each day. If you begin your day with
meditation, your mind will be clearer and calmer,
and your body more relaxed and easy. |
|
You
can send Reiki to the meditation before
practicing. Sit comfortably, on the floor or
simply in a chair, and place your hands on your
heart chakra or in your lap. Breathe in a relaxed
manner with eyes closed, and focus on any one of
the four Reiki symbols in any colour. You could
meditate on the mental/emotional-healing symbol
for inner peace. You can also focus on a drawn
symbol if you can’t remember the exact form.
Visualize the symbol before you, feeling its
energy and contemplating its name and meaning. |

Meditation
of Reiki symbols will encourage increased
awareness and physical relaxation. You can
practise it with all four symbols, beginning with
the master symbol and ending with the power
symbol. |

If
you want to visualize a problem with clarity of
mind, place your hands over the third
eye area to energise and
harmonise your intuition. |
