The Physical Level

Relates to the physical body, skin surface, energy points (i.e. chakras), organs, pathway of meridians and blood circulation.When the Reiki flow enters into your  body, it first clears the energy points i.e. chakras. When chakra starts functioning  properly, it automatically gives the energy to the relevant organs leading to the normal functioning of the glands. When the  chakras and the glands are regularized, relevant organs function in a normal and a healthy manner. Thus the  physical blocks in the pathway of meridians are cleared keeping you  healthy and fit.

Reiki clears the emotional blocks i.e. all the negative emotions like depression, frustration, rigidity, irritation, non-acceptance, insecurity,  loss of self-esteem, anger,  anxiety etc. It reduces stress, pain & promotes relaxation. It also balances hostility & resentment. As a result you  become  free from your self-ego, and become emotionally clear which leads you  to a path of divine energy. 

When you are completely free from the negative emotions, you are enriched with  love and kindness. Being completely pure your mental strength increases and you get the benefits of will power, creativity, clarity in thought and promote calmness and productivity. You are  now mentally and physically stable.Your work brings you  joy. Both the hemispheres of the brain are harmonized and you  achieve your goal to a large extent.

Once your physical, emotional and mental bodies are cleaned, you are well connected to the divine energy. Due to your piousness and purity you are open to receive the higher energies. Your awakening  connects you to  the universe. Your intuition sharpens. You become very conscious about the surroundings. Reiki promotes your ability to accept  calmness and  serenity. You are open to receive the higher energies and you realize that you are not  an  individual but a part  of the divine energy. This brings within you the feeling of wholeness and abundance.
