 Chakras
are the energy centres of the body. They are the gateways
of energy flow in the body. Each chakra is associated with
glands and organs of the body. There may be a disharmony
in the flow of chakras due to the imbalance in mental and
physical status of the body, which can eventually lead to
illness. The chakras can be rebalanced by placing your
hand on the energy centre. This will bring about a release
of the blocked energy. When all the chakras are balanced,
the chakras will feel the same.
