There are four attunements to be carried out in the
First Degree. Often after the first Degree, people
feel some unknown sensation in their hands and a
tingling in the feet.
The gift of healing
After your attunements, you will be able to give
healing not only to plants, foods, drinks, pets but
inanimate objects such as computers, batteries and
letters. Anything possessing energy will benefit
from Reiki.
You can bless all things with Reiki hands including
your food and drinks by simply placing your hands
over it. You can try out the traditional Reiki hand
positions on yourself and your friends. It is very
exciting to be given the gift of healing. Place your
hands on your shoulder or head, or anywhere that
feels comfortable, and think about Reiki. Reiki will
accelerate the healing process in an exciting and
gentle way.
