-
Morning is the best time for taking magnetic treatment.
-
Don’t apply high or medium power magnets after heavy meals because it may cause nausea. However,
these magnets can be applied after a light refreshment or tea.
-
Make sure that watches, which
aren’t anti-magnetic or magnet-proof, should not come
in contact with magnets.
-
If a magnet or pole has been incorrectly selected or applied for an unduly long time, the adverse effect, if any, can be
treated by laying both palms and both feet
on a zinc plate.
-
Cold things should be avoided for at least an hour if high power magnets are applied. However, warm things can be taken immediately after treatment.
-
Pregnant
women, weak people and children should not use high power magnets. High power magnets should
also not be applied to sensitive organs of the body like eyes, head and heart.
-
Opposite poles of high power magnets should not be brought near each other.
-
When high power or medium power magnets are not in use, they should be kept
joint with a keeper so that their magnetism is not wasted and they are not
quickly demagnetized.
-
As such, magneto- therapy creates some heat in our body; hence a bath should not be taken for at least one hour after
treatment.
-
While taking magnetic treatment
on the palms, it is not necessary to remove gold or silver rings from
fingers.
The
magnet works through its action on the atomic constitution of cells forming blood and other
chemical fluids and the magnetic fields already
existing inside our body. There is no harmful effect or unpleasant sensation by magnet treatment. However, application of high power magnets for long periods
may sometimes cause inconveniences like heaviness in head, sleepiness, or tingling in nerves. In such cases magnetic contact should be immediately discontinued.
