Skin Diseases
Extremely common skin diseases in HIV infected patients are as follows:
  • Seborrhoeic dermatitis
  • Follicullitis/ impetigo/ cellulitis
  • Secondary syphilis
  • Herpes simplex/ herpes zoster
  • Molluscum contagiosum
  • Fungal infections
  • Kaposi's sarcoma
  • Drug eruptions.
The treatment is usually identical to the treatment given to non-HIV infected patients.

Oral hairy leukoplakia
