has all eight colours of the spectrum: red, orange, yellow,
green, turquoise, blue, violet and magenta which has been
researched to validate the importance of treating various
diseases. For example, looking at blue light lowers blood
pressure giving relief to the autonomic nervous system, while
red light increases blood pressure.
Colour
therapy treats mental, emotional and physical problems restoring
the person's health by using colour in different ways. Some therapists combine colour with reflexology,
acupuncture and aromatherapy for best results.
