The vitalizers (rasayanas) are so called because they help to replenish the vital fluids of the body.
Chyavanaprasha, Pippali rasayana, Triphala rasayana and Shilajita rasayana are a few such

- Maintain a proper balance in waking and sleeping habits.
- Have a regular intake of milk and ghee.
- Get conversant with the sciences of season and dosage.
- Get devoid of egoism.
- Be spiritual in temperament and attached to elders.
- Practice self-control.
