Due to the unctuous nature of kapha, a kapha prakruti person
have an oily skin that is soft and clear. One tends to secrete profuse quantity of semen, have good libido and beget many children.
A kapha prakruti person is usually well built with steady body and compact body organs. The person has a pleasant appearance, has good colour and voice, is usually lethargic, has a poor appetite, less thirst, and scanty sweat secretion. As these people are usually calm and cool in temperament they have very mild emotional upsets.
Thus a person with kapha constitution is a strong, learned, wealthy and an energetic individual with a long life.
