Sauna bath is  steaming of the body in a specially made steaming room.

Tips for sauna
  • Bare body will be more advantageous  than a covered one.

  • Hair  must be wrapped in a towel or turban.

  • Do not to wear watches and jewellery during the process as heat and the steam can damage them.

  • To speed up the process of sweating Rubber belts are available, for the stomach and thighs.

  • The sauna session can be done in both ways, either  lying on the stomach or lying on the back. But, heat penetrates more if one sits up, although the preferred posture is lying on the back.
