                           Food is a primary requirement.  Our food consists of
                      various nutrients that are essential for proper growth and development of our body.  Food must be consumed in
                      a proper form, manner, time and the proportion of nutrients
                      should be optimum  to promote good health.  
                           One should understand his body requirements and planning
                      of the  diet must be done  accordingly.
