Often we follow the habits of unhygienic living
like eating wrong food, in a wrong manner, wearing wrong
clothes, etc. which should be avoided.
Wrong posture -
Adoption of wrong posture while sitting, working or walking;
sleeping on a soft bed, a bed that tends to sag when a person lies on
it and lack of physical activity or over activity is bad
for health.

Living or working in an unventilated place or place where there is air or noise
pollution, a place which is dark, having no natural light,
wearing tight clothes or clothes which cannot allow air to reach the skin (e.g., those made of synthetic fiber)
leads to sluggish breathing. Eating without hunger, too many times a day, eating unnatural foods (either processed or manufactured foods) or stale, overcooked, fried
foods can be classified as:
(a) Wrong choice of foods:
Taking drugs, sedatives, barbiturates, tranquillizers, etc.
Taking stimulants of different types, e.g., coffee, tea, cola drinks or alcoholic beverages, etc., or indulging in tobacco, cigarettes,
beedis, hookah, cigars or snuff.
(b) Wrong modes of eating:
Taking in too much of water, gulping it, or drinking when there is no physiological need for
it are the incorrect modes of eating.
Over-indulgence in sex or in other sensual cravings.
Not paying enough attention to the proper development of mental health-and thus becoming a
victim of inferiority complex, fear, worry, phobias, anxiety, depression, irritability, etc.
