Hair Disorders And Their Natural Treatment

The hair, like the skin is a barometer to the state of general health. Sickness, deficiencies and mental tension have an adverse effect on the health of the hair and lead to hair disorders.

  Premature Greying | Falling Hair

Facts

  • Conditioner is needed only to the older and longer parts of your hair.
  • The younger, shorter parts probably don't need it.
  • During the summer season, shampoo your hair more often, condition more often, and rinse in cold water to retard the return of oil to the hair and scalp.
  • Once a week, provide your hair the full treatment, deep conditioner at least for twenty minutes.
  • Especially if your hair looks dull.
  • Avoid usage of brush or comb when you have just washed your hair and are trying to get the tangles out.
  • Wet hair is fragile and delicate, treat it with care.

Broken Hair or Split-ends
  • Expose of hair to extreme temperature must be avoided.
  • Avoid back-combing. Rubber bands are taboo.
  • Do not use a brush or comb on wet hair.
  • Every 5 to 6 weeks get the split ends trimmed off.
  • Make this a must unless you really fancy a porcupine look.
  • Do not pull your hair severely from your face.

Tackle Hair that is Too curly
  • Best to maintain curly hair is to cut it short and brush regularly.
  • Set your hair in large rollers.
  • Use a conditioner frequently.
