- Moisturizing lotion.
- Nail clippers.
- Emery board.

Procedure

- To relax the feet, soak it in warm soap water for about five to ten minutes.
Wriggle your toes. That will feel good.
- After removing the feet from the water, dry well with an old soft towel.
- To remove thick, dry and dead skin use the pumice stone gently on the heels and sides of the foot.
- Do remove any dirt that might have accumulated under your toe nails throughout the week.
- Again soak feet in the warm water for about a minute then remove and pat dry.
- Massage your feet with a generous amount of moisturizer or a body lotion paying special attention to the heels.
- Clip your toenails straight across and file with the emery board.
- Do remove all the traces of old nail colour.
- Using your cuticle remover, massage your toe nails well, paying special attention to the sides and corners. Gently push back the cuticle with a cotton-wrapped orange stick.
- Now apply your nail colour. To ensure the toes remain steady during this delicate operation. Hold the toe gently between the thumb and forefinger while applying nail colour.
- Toenails should be absolutely dry and grease-free before applying the nail
colour.
- To prevent smudging use small swabs of cotton wool or sponge between toes.
- Nail colour should be applied carefully with three distinct strokes on nail arch. While applying nail colour, your hands should always move in the direction away from you. The first stroke should cover the centre panel of the nail. The second and third strokes should cover the side panels.
- The second or third coat should be applied only when the first coat of nail colour has completely dried.
- The body lotion should be repeated one more time, after the final coat is absolutely dry.
- Re-apply the lotion next morning and then dust with talcum powder.
